v102: kill counter, waveinfo, wizardrabbit damage

Upon request there is a kill counter that tells you how many enemies you killed. I'ts not really an important info, because as soon as there is a wizard rabbit you could just wait and farm bunnies, but I think it's nice to see something happening.

Between waves there is a new info message.

WizardRabbits have contact damage now. Before you could just push them around, but you should never do that with a mighty Wizard. So now when you touch a wizard you get massive 3 damage. But thats okay because the wizards don't chase you.
